It’s day seventeen of the Haiku Advent Calendar. That means only seven days until Christmas Eve.
My house is filled with the scent of my tree, clementine and wrapping paper. I’ve had Magic TV on for all the old festive tunes.
Here’s a haiku witnessed from the comfort of my kitchen;
lethal black ice
harshly tripping up school kids;
torn Christmas jumpers.
Join me again tomorrow for another haiku as part of the Haiku Advent Calendar.
Take It Easy
Paul
