My name is Paul.

I grew up in Northumberland and currently live in Newcastle upon Tyne with my wife.

I’m old enough to remember the pits but not old enough to have worked down one.

Apart from writing things down, I also enjoy, cooking, taking pictures, reading and being out and about seeing things.

I have only recently started writing poetry again and have found the writing and poetry community on twitter to be a ultra-supportive and welcoming.
